Join us on Tuesday, July 9th for our next webinar, Updates to Virginia's High-Performance Buildings Law. The law was enacted in 2021, to drive more efficient, resilient, and future-proof buildings. It updated the building performance standards for state/public buildings and created new building performance standards for local governments. Since then, the VAEEC has been working with our members to educate stakeholders about the latest requirements and identify ways to update the law to better suit the intended audience's needs and clarify unanswered questions. During the 2024 General Assembly session, we worked with the bill patron to pass updates to the original law. Join us as we dive into the changes and what this means for Virginia's public buildings.
